FAQs

“Do you ship internationally?”

Yes I ship worldwide.

"When will I receive my order?"

Please understand that this is not my job, I work full time in retail and also have other commitments. While I totally appreciate people enjoying and wanting to buy my artwork, I am only one person and my art has to fit in around everything else in my life. Please note that this nay mean your order could take a while from purchase to arrival. All orders are packaged and posted by myself, and depending on days off they are generally completed in bulk once a week to once a fortnight. From time of posting the shipping time frames via regular Australia Post / Airmail are as follows:

Within Australia - 2-7 Days

Worldwide - 7-14 Days

Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays, within the destination country, these times may vary slightly.

All artworks are posted via regular Australia Post parcel post. If you require express postage please contact me prior to payment.

If artwork is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect within a certain timeframe I am able to re-send however it will be at buyer’s own cost.

"Can I return my print?"

Unfortunately I do not accept returns based on change of mind. If your print arrives damaged I am happy to replace it.

"Do you take private commissions?"

Unfortunately due to timing constraints, I very rarely take on personal requests.

“What materials do you use?”

I use a variety of pencils such as graphite mechanical pencils, Faber Castel Polychromos and Prismacolor Premier Verithin pencils. I use two standard types of paper – 110gsm cartridge pad (Eckersley’s own brand) and Archer’s smooth hot pressed watercolour paper. I also use Pan Pastels and a variety of watercolour paints, oil paints and acrylic. All these products and/or their equivalents are widely available on the internet and in art supplies stores.
